15. Shri Raghunandana Teertha

ಶ್ರೀಮಠದ ಗುರುಪರಂಪರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹದಿನೈದನೆಯವರು. ಇವರು ಪೀಠವನ್ನು ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಕೇವಲ ಹನ್ನೊಂದು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಮಾತ್ರ. ಆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಪಾವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹೋನ್ನತ ಸಾಧನೆಗೈದ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ಶ್ರೀರಘುನಂದನ ತೀರ್ಥರದ್ದು. ಗುರುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರವಚನದ ವೈಖರಿ ಇವರದ್ದಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇವರ ಪಾಂಡಿತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಿದರ್ಶನವೆಂದರೆ ಅಲ್ಪಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಒಂಭತ್ತುಬಾರಿ ಸುಧಾಮಂಗಳವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿರುವಂತದ್ದು.

ಶಾಲಿವಾಹನ ಶಕ ೧೪೭೬ (ಕ್ರಿ.ಶ-೧೫೫೪) ಪ್ರಮಾಥಿ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ಭಾದ್ರಪದ ಶುದ್ಧನವಮಿಯಂದು ಪಲಿಮಾರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹರಿಪಾದವನ್ನು ಸೇರಿದರು.

He is the fifteenth seer in the lineage of Shri Matha. He adorned the peeta for a period of only 11 years but is accredited with lofty achievements in a short span. His superlative articulation in discourses surpassed that of his guru. Within a short span, he conducted Sudhamangala 9 times, serving an illustration of his erudition.

In Shalivahana shaka 1476 (1554 A.D.) Pramathi samvatsara bhaadrapada shuddha navami, he attained Haripada at Palimaru.
