Varshika Udvartana Program

The udvartana program at Shri Krishna Matha for this year was conducted today (20.07.2018). Every year on ashada shuddha dashami, the annual maha panchamruta abhisheka is performed for Lord Krishna. Two days prior to this event, on ashtami udvartana takes place. The sanctum sanctorum is washed and kept clean for the mahabhisheka to be performed on dashami.

Sri Venkatarao Nadagouda, Karnataka's minister of animal husbandry and fisheries visited Shri Krishnamatha today and received blessngs from His Holiness Sri Swamiji. M.L.A of Udupi Sri K. Raghupati bhat and others were present during this visit.

Swamijis of Areymadanahalli and Katapady visited Sri Krishna Matha

Sri Sri Shivasujnanateertha swamiji of Aremadanahalli Vishvakarma Samsthana and Sri Sri Kalahasteendra Saraswati Swamiji of Anegondi Matha at Katapady visited Sri Krishna Matha on 12.07.2018. Administration of Sri Paryaya Palimaru matha gave both the swamijis welcome through a procession from Samskrita College. H.H. Sri Sri Vidyadheesha Teerhta Sripadaru took these distinguished guests to Navagraha Kindi for Shri Krishna Darshana.
